CRI is seeking a Tier-2 Helpdesk Specialist to provide operations center support for security applications including video management, access control, SNMP devices, and PSIM. Onsite in Alexandria, VA with a full-time schedule.
After training, you will work the 12-hour night shift (10 PM–10 AM) with rotating weekends. Requires Active Secret clearance or higher and experience with Windows, SQL Server, Active Directory, basic networking, and remote desktop tools.
