The role focuses on RFID hardware maintenance, Service Now HAM, and asset management processes, overseeing clean-up reporting and data corrections through the project manager and USPTO Asset Management Program Manager.
You will lead field technicians, coordinate RFID scanning, and ensure asset data accuracy across Service Now SPM while training staff and aligning with the USPTO Asset Management Program Manager.
