We need your expertise! Located in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), the Business Product Delivery Office (BPDO), the Enterprise Business Product Delivery Division (EBPDD) implements technical business solutions for the Enterprise Business Units and other business units, including Patents and Trademarks.
This is a term position not to exceed 2 years. This appointment may be extended without further competition to the maximum of 4 years. You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position. You must meet all eligibility and qualifications requirements by the closing date of the job announcement.
OPM Qualifications Standards are available at Competency-Based Qualification Standard for the Information Technology Management Series, 2210.
Specialized Experience is experience that has equipped applicants with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, you must possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 in the Federal service:
For this position, the next lower grade level is a GS-12.
Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Experience applying or implementing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) or equivalent cybersecurity framework throughout the system development lifecycle to support system authorization and minimize cybersecurity risk; and
- Experience conducting security impact analyses, security assessments, or authorization activities to ensure compliance with applicable IT laws, regulations, policies, and security standards; and
- Experience providing technical guidance or cybersecurity support throughout the system or system development lifecycle (e.g. Dev Sec Ops ).
