Program Manager

• Lead Government-side program management for an Enterprise Platform Transition Program Management and Data Migration Support effort
• Serve as the primary point of contact to the Government COR
• Provide overall leadership and coordination across concurrent Information Systems, human resources, and communications migration work streams
• Oversee the Integrated Master Schedule, cross-domain dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, program governance, quality, and Government coordination
• Lead program reporting and stage-gate readiness activities
• Coordinate cutover and stabilization planning
• Provide evidence-based assessments of progress, readiness, schedule impacts, recovery options, and go-live recommendations
• Coordinate with functional, data migration, testing, change management, and technical teams to keep the transition aligned and on schedule
• Support a 10-month program transitioning to an integrated education platform and federal Impact Level 4 (IL4) environment, with operational go-live targeted by July 2027

• Demonstrated experience managing a multi-workstream enterprise system implementation or migration of comparable scale in a Federal or DoD environment
• Active Secret clearance
• Experience developing and managing integrated schedules, critical paths, dependencies, risks/issues, decision logs, executive reporting, and recovery planning for complex programs
• Experience coordinating multiple technical and functional work streams and working directly with Federal Government stakeholders and senior leadership
• Experience supporting stage-gate, cutover, migration-readiness, testing, and go-live decisions for enterprise implementations or migrations
• Strong program governance, leadership, communication, documentation, and quality-management skills
• Ability to support periodic in-person meetings in Alexandria, VA, as directed by the Government, and cutover activities outside core hours when required

Demonstrates expertise in leading complex enterprise system implementations and migrations within Federal or DoD environments, with a focus on program governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Proven ability to manage integrated schedules and provide evidence-based assessments for successful program execution.
