Enterprise Functional Lead - OneStream​/PPBE

Kearney & Company is currently seeking an Enterprise Functional Lead - One Stream / PPBE to join our team supporting a major Department of the Navy financial management transformation. The ideal candidate will work within a cross-functional Kearney-led team implementing an enterprise One Stream-based budget formulation capability across multiple Navy Budget Submitting Offices.

• Lead enterprise functional design across five Navy BSOs
• Translate PPBE requirements into One Stream workflows, forms, business rules, dimensions, reporting, and functional specifications
• Establish common enterprise requirements and govern BSO-specific configuration
• Facilitate functional design and solution sessions
• Partner with One Stream architects and developers to ensure configuration reflects approved business requirements
• Maintain requirements-to-design traceability
• Review prototypes and configured capabilities
• Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness
• Prevent unnecessary customization and promote reusable enterprise configuration

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 8 years of relevant financial systems/financial transformation experience
• Federal financial management or PPBE experience
• Demonstrated experience implementing One Stream or comparable EPM technology
• Experience translating business requirements into functional system design
• Strong facilitation and documentation skills
• Ability to be onsite 2-3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC
• Must have an active Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)

• Direct One Stream implementation experience
• Navy/DoD PPBE experience
• One Stream certification
• Experience designing enterprise solutions supporting multiple organizations/business units

The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law.

This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
