This is a 12-month contract position based in Alexandria, Virginia, supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and enterprise data modeling initiatives.
Responsibilities- Design and implement entity relationship models and dimensional data models for large-scale enterprise environments
- Manage metadata for models containing 200 or more entities, ensuring accuracy and accessibility across teams
- Assist development teams and database administrators in creating, understanding, and maintaining enterprise metadata structures
- Implement and maintain ESRI ArcGIS software and Oracle RDBMS systems
- Support budget and forecast processes for Capital, Personnel, and Operating Budgets within EPM planning applications
- Support development and maintenance of Operating Position Budgets using the Public Sector Planning and Budgeting Module (PSPB)
- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Required
- Experience in entity relationship modeling
- Experience in dimensional and DMR (data model relationships) modeling
- Experience with metadata management for large models (200 or more entities)
- Experience assisting development teams and database administrators in creating, understanding, and using enterprise metadata
- Experience implementing and maintaining ESRI ArcGIS software and Oracle RDBMS
- Experience supporting budget and forecast processes for Capital, Personnel, and Operating Budgets in EPM planning applications
- Experience with the Public Sector Planning and Budgeting Module (PSPB)
- Excellent communication skills
