THESE ARE CONTINGENCY POSITIONS BASED ON CONTRACT AWARD, ON OR AROUND 4/2027.

• Maintain configuration records, repositories, and document libraries.
• Track configuration changes, action items, and approval workflows.
• Support configuration status accounting activities.
• Assist with preparation of configuration reports and management products.
• Coordinate and support Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings and actions.
• Analyze Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), deviations, waivers, and change requests.
• Ensure configuration baselines are established, maintained, and accurately documented.
• Develop configuration status reports, metrics, and management products.
• Support configuration audits and quality reviews.
• Coordinate document routing, review, and approval activities.
• Maintain configuration management databases and trackers.
• Support meeting preparation and records management activities.

• Assist senior personnel with configuration management activities.
• Support administrative and programmatic actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

• Must be determined suitable for federal employment

Individuals working for SBG Technology Solutions, Inc, a DSS, Inc. will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53. Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high-risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access.

Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.

• Microsoft Suite proficiency – Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint – if not proficient, must have willingness and drive to train / retrain
• Strong organizational and record-management skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
