Associate Immigration Attorney

Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings
• Prepare and present oral arguments and written briefs
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines
• Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices
• Proficient in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in legal drafting, research, litigation, negotiation, or other relevant areas is preferred
