What You’ll Be Doing- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
- Troubleshoot issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance.
- Respond to work orders and guest room service calls in a timely manner.
- Maintain the building exterior and overall property.
- Assist with housekeeping duties as needed.
- Prior maintenance experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred, but we’re willing to train the right hospitality professional.
- Brand experience preferred.
- Familiarity with basic HVAC, plumbing, drywall, PTAC units, and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing 50–100 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
