What Impact You'll Have
The Program Manager will oversee programs with an average annual aggregate revenue of greater than $40M, managing overall requirements, providing a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer, delivering programmatic reporting, and addressing overall management and contracting issues. The candidate must possess a thorough understanding and experience in complete life‑cycle management, fund and personnel management, and be accountable for quality and timely delivery of all contractual requirements.
WhatYou'll Be Owning
- Oversee overall contract execution, including onsite stakeholder coordination and strategic alignment.
- Master’s degree and 10 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience (may be substituted for a Master’s).
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Computer Science or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- Eight years of project management experience on DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) programs/projects.
- Seven years of experience in DoD or IC acquisition project management leading integrated teams of engineers, analysts, financial, and project management personnel.
- DAU Level III certification in Program Management or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Proficiency in program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills to engage senior DoD and interagency stakeholders.
- Experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Active TS/SCI clearance (or SCI eligibility) required.
- Experience with Army TENCAP, Space ISR systems, or expeditionary ground station concepts.
- Experience briefing senior military or civilian leadership.
