We are looking for a full‑time civil contract role to support the Test Resource Management Center in Alexandria, VA.

Assist the Director and Deputy Director in improving range access to accelerate innovation by supervising and managing all aspects of range scheduling and optimization for the TRMC.

• Lead and manage TRMC-sponsored infrastructure and solution development to increase DoW test range capacity through gap analysis, technology requirement development, and alignment to investment priorities.
• Support the use of digital engineering, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies to enhance DoW testing environments.
• Supervise the development and assessment of new technologies, techniques, and processes to address challenging test range scheduling difficulties.
• Work closely with the Director, Deputy Director, program managers, and portfolio managers to ensure scheduling optimization investments meet current and future DoW testing needs.
• Steer technology and support tool development for multi‑domain activities tailored to individual range domains, assets, and local realities, integrating asset management and scheduling improvement options.
• Execute other duties as assigned by the Director or Deputy Director of the TRMC.
• Travel may be required.

• 12+ years of directly relevant experience in DoW air operations, airfield management, and test range management and use.
• Strong understanding of managing RDT&E programs and prototypes to support efficient and cooperative DoW technology testing.
• Prior leadership of multi‑organizational collaborative DoW Test Range infrastructure and capability development projects.
• Strong analytic, administrative, communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• Solid test planning and integration skills.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance, SCI eligible.

• Team orientation and ability to build external TRMC stakeholder relationships.
• Executive‑level briefing skills.
• Self‑motivated and proactive.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
