Job Overview

Position:
Powder Coat Painter, Brenton division, Alexandria, MN.

• Set up and run all required powder coat equipment with little or no supervision.
• Coordinate racking of finished parts with materials team.
• Maintain complete knowledge of material preparation and finishes.
• Apply project scheduling processes.
• Accept and complete jobs in a reasonable amount of time.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Maintain schedules set by supervisor.
• Follow safety and disposal standards.
• Ensure respiratory devices are in proper working order.
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Stay current on new techniques and processes.
• Support world‑class checkout and lean processes.
• Must be forklift certified.
• Perform other tasks requested by supervisor.

• High School Diploma.
• 1 year experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player.

Mon - Thurs 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday overtime may be required.

Base Hourly Range: $20-$25/hour
