We are a dynamic event marketing firm that partners with brands to create impactful, community-based campaigns. Through live events, experiential marketing, and face-to-face outreach, we help our clients increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall campaign performance.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, client relations, and campaign management. You will work closely with clients, support event execution, and help drive brand engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotional campaigns
- Represent client brands at live events, promotional activations, and community events
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers
- Communicate campaign goals, messaging, and brand value to event attendees
- Track event performance metrics and assist with reporting results
- Support campaign coordination and client communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event logistics
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional brand representation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Interest in event marketing, brand promotion, or client relations
- Leadership experience (student organizations, athletics, volunteer work) is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends for events
