Creator Programs & Partnerships Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

This role supports Urban Legend’s custom campaign team, assisting with creator strategy and campaign execution across multiple client verticals. The Creator Programs and Partnerships team focuses on building and maintaining creator relationships, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, and driving efficiency across all active campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts s role provides essential support to the lead with day-to-day coordination, logistics, and follow-through.

• Support active campaigns through daily coordination and execution tasks
• Send campaign launches, reminders, and follow-ups to creators as needed
• Track creator participation, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign briefs
• Share observations and insights to improve clarity, efficiency, and organization across campaigns
• Help campaigns run smoothly across multiple timelines, creators, and clients

• Work closely with the SVP, Creator Programs & Partnerships to stay aligned on priorities and timelines
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for creators regarding campaign logistics and questions
• Ensure creators clearly understand campaign briefs, expectations, and deadlines
• Maintain professional, timely, and consistent communication with creators and internal teams
• Escalate concerns, risks, or content issues to the lead promptly

• Coordinate creator logistics, including deal tracking, invoicing, and payment management
• Support client and talent requests related to potential deals, contracts, and approvals
• Maintain accurate creator rosters, campaign tracking documents, and internal databases
• Log communications, status updates, payment information, and deliverables consistently
• Assist in researching and organizing potential talent based on campaign needs and team guidance

• 1-3+ years of relevant experience, including significant experience in marketing, communications, talent management or influencer marketing
• Highly organized and detail-oriented – this is the most important!
• Ability to manage and shift between multiple high priorities and projects at once
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint, with the ability to interpret and organize data
• Experience with CRM tools, project management software, and website building tools
