About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support marketing, business development, and field operations teams. This entry-level role plays a critical part in executing communications initiatives, managing project content from active job sites, supporting proposal development, and maintaining marketing systems that contribute to brand visibility and revenue growth across commercial and infrastructure markets.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Execution & Support- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with business development and regional growth goals.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, and project sheets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Coordinate and capture project photography and video from active job sites for use in proposals, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with project teams to schedule site visits, gather progress updates, and organize milestone documentation.
- Support the preparation of proposals and qualification packages (RFQs, RFPs, SOQs).
- Coordinate resumes, project descriptions, visuals, and submission materials.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely, compliant proposal submissions.
- Assist with website updates, content uploads, and basic SEO maintenance.
- Support social media content creation and scheduling, with a focus on Linked In engagement.
- Prepare project visuals and content for digital marketing initiatives.
- Maintain CRM systems and marketing databases with accurate and current information.
- Track marketing metrics including campaign performance, proposal success rates, and engagement analytics.
- Support internal communications and cross‑functional coordination across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Willingness and ability to safely visit job sites as needed (PPE provided).
- Internship or 0–2 years of experience in marketing, construction, engineering, or professional services.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Deltek.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., Word Press, SharePoint).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later).
- Basic knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
- Experience with photo/video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom).
