We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Partnerships Coordinator to support exhibits, sponsor ships, corporate partnerships, and supplier membership for major industry events and conferences. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in events, sales, marketing, or association management while gaining hands‑on experience, building relationships with corporate partners and senior executives, and supporting high‑profile national events.
Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for exhibitors, sponsors, advertisers, and corporate partners.
- Support the coordination and servicing of exhibits, sponsor ships, corporate partnerships, and advertising opportunities.
- Assist with supplier membership communications, renewals, and database maintenance.
- Coordinate exhibitor and sponsor logistics for major conferences and events.
- Track exhibitor, sponsorship, and partnership information within membership, CRM, and event management systems.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of marketing and sponsorship materials, including the annual Marketing Prospectus.
- Lead exhibitor and sponsor registration and provide onsite registration and event support.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with corporate partners, including senior-level executives.
- Respond to partner questions and requests while providing timely, professional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure event logistics, sponsorship deliverables, and exhibitor needs are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Assist with additional event, sales, marketing, and membership initiatives as needed.
- Travel occasionally to support conferences and events.
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in events, sales, marketing, customer service, account coordination, or a related field; internship experience is welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact professionally with corporate partners and senior executives.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and projects simultaneously.
- Team‑oriented and collaborative with a proactive, positive approach to supporting events and partners.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with event management, floor plan, membership database, or CRM systems is a plus, including platforms such as Map Your Show , Expo Cad, Fonteva, or Salesforce.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for conferences and events.
Full‑time, hybrid
$22-24hr
