Charity Event Assistant - Entry Level

Position Overview

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Charity Event Assistants. In this role, you will support nonprofit fundraising events, engage with community members, and represent charitable causes in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

This position includes paid training and mentorship, with opportunities for advancement into leadership and event management roles.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of charity events and fundraising campaigns
• Communicate the mission, programs, and impact of nonprofit partners to community members
• Conduct presentations at events and designated retail or community locations
• Support donor engagement and sponsorship initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to implement outreach and promotional strategies
• Maintain accurate tracking of event interactions and campaign progress
• Represent the organization and nonprofit partners with professionalism

Qualifications

• Interest in fundraising, nonprofit marketing, event coordination, or community outreach
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Organized with strong time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability for full-time, in-person work
