The organization has also been recognized as both a top workplace in the Washington, DC metro area (by the Washington Post) and as a top nonprofit to work for in the United States (by Non Profit Times).Position Summary The Donation Program Coordinator will support their supervisor and the broader Programs team in matching donated contributions with nonprofit organization partners. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the nonprofit and corporate philanthropy space.

The Coordinator will have opportunities to collaborate with the Corporate Development team, Nonprofit Strategy, and Member Services to help ensure donations move efficiently and effectively through the network.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following

Program and Account Support:

Support day-to-day operational coordination between Good
360 and corporate donor partners, helping ensure alignment with organizational goals and donor expectations.

Assist in implementing account initiatives that enhance donor engagement and satisfaction, in collaboration with Corporate Development.

Help track and organize workflows across multiple accounts, flagging issues and supporting timely, high-quality execution.

Assist with scheduling, data entry, and documentation to support account managers in maintaining smooth operations.

Donor-Nonprofit Relationship Support:

Help facilitate communication between corporate donors and nonprofit recipients to support successful collaboration.

Coordinate routine communication and activities among corporate headquarters, site-level contacts, and nonprofit partners.

Communication and Reporting:

Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, helping provide updates on program status and progress.

Help prepare reports and materials for internal teams and corporate partners, compiling data and key updates.

Assist in tracking key metrics to support assessment of program effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
0-2 years of experience in account support, administrative coordination, customer service, or related roles; internship or relevant coursework in the nonprofit sector is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and follow-through.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Eagerness to learn analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in data-informed decision-making.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Comfort with, or willingness to learn, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range $48,000 – $52,000 annually

Note:

Compensation is based on a candidate's experience, skills, education, and geographic location. This range is based on Washington, D.C.–Maryland–Virginia (DMV) market data; offers to candidates outside this area will reflect local market data.

Work Location Hybrid, based in our Old Town Alexandria, VA office (minimum of two days per week with Tuesday as an anchor day)
