Young Life, Fort Belvoir, Virginia seeks a Youth Ministry Director to lead Club Beyond and minister to military teens. This full-time role requires living near the community and fundraising for a portion of the budget.
You'll build relationships with teens, parents, chaplains, and volunteers, develop outreach to unchurched youth, and model incarnational ministry in a military setting. Salary ranges $45k-$60k, plus COLA.
