The Regional Partnerships Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding the reach, visibility, partnerships, and philanthropic support of Foundation for Women Warriors (FFWW). This position serves as a regional representative of FFWW, cultivating relationships with corporate, nonprofit, community, and veteran-serving partners while identifying opportunities that strengthen programs, fundraising efforts, and organizational growth.
The Regional Partnerships Manager works collaboratively with Programs, Development, and Communications to steward relationships, support donor and sponsor engagement, coordinate regional events, and increase awareness of FFWW’s mission and impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment, Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with corporate partners, foundations, community organizations, veteran-serving organizations, donors, and other prospective supporters.
- Develop a pipeline of prospective corporate and community partners that may provide sponsor ships, financial support, in-kind contributions, volunteers, professional expertise, or program resources.
- Support regional fundraising and development strategies designed to increase philanthropic engagement and diversify organizational support.
- Maintain and steward a portfolio of corporate and nonprofit relationships, ensuring consistent communication, follow-up, recognition, and engagement.
- Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities connected to FFWW programs, events, workshops, and community initiatives.
- Support donor and sponsor stewardship through impact updates, thank-you communications, recognition activities, meetings, and engagement opportunities.
- Conduct regional prospect research and identify organizations, businesses, foundations, and community leaders whose philanthropic priorities align with FFWW’s mission.
- Assist the Development team with information, relationship management, impact data, and regional context needed for sponsorship proposals, funding requests, reports, and donor communications.
- Coordinate corporate volunteer and employee engagement opportunities that deepen partner relationships and introduce new supporters to FFWW.
- Represent FFWW at networking events, community meetings, corporate engagements, conferences, resource fairs, and other opportunities to build organizational visibility and relationships.
- Track partnership activity, prospects, sponsor ships, in-kind contributions, engagement, and follow-up within organizational systems.
- Collaborate with Communications to highlight partnerships, donor impact, community engagement, and regional activities through digital and social media channels.
- Plan and manage East Coast programs, fundraising activities, partner engagements, and community events in alignment with FFWW’s mission and organizational goals.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venues, vendors, volunteers, materials, sponsors, community partners, and event resources.
- Serve as an on-the-ground FFWW representative and relationship manager for regional partners, supporters, and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to connect women veterans with FFWW programs, services, resources, and community partners.
- Maintain accurate records of participation, partnership engagement, event outcomes, sponsorship activity, and community impact.
- Monitor and report regional outreach, development, partnership, and event metrics to organizational leadership.
- Gather participant, partner, sponsor, and stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement and future engagement strategies.
- Provide administrative and operational support for organizational initiatives and special projects as needed.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
