Same Day Pay!
Pay rate: $17 - $19 per hour
No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees:
If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.
- Document daily participation of residents in scheduled programs
- Promote the social, physical, and intellectual well‑being of our residents.
- Assist in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing the recreation programs of the facility.
- Participate in community marketing events as needed
- Assist with and follow through on the establishment of resident care goals within the framework of the entire team.
- Communicate the residents' mood, behavior, or degree of involvement to the appropriate team members.
- Perform administrative requirements such as audits, forms, and reports.
- Help set up, break down, and decorate for resident and facility events.
- Assist and transport residents to and from daily scheduled activities
Education:
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Preferred: one (1) year experience in an Activities Department in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility or other related medical facility.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
- Must have patience, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, and be willing to handle residents at whatever maturity level they currently function at.

Shift: Monday through Friday 6 am-2 pm
Same Day Pay!
Pay Rate: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees:
If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.
- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgement.
- Provide wound care in accordance with patient needs and best clinical judgement
- Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers.
- Provide direction to clinical team members.
- Maintain resident confidentiality.
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN or RN license in Virginia.
- Wound Care Certified strongly preferred but not required.
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Must have at least 2 years prior experience working as a Wound Care Nurse in a Nursing Home setting.
