Willingham Works is a nurse‑led, woman‑owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long‑term relationships with healthcare facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana and maintain an active candidate pool of qualified LPNs for staffing engagements as needs arise.

We are building a pre‑screened candidate pool of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Alexandria, Louisiana and the surrounding 10‑mile area. This is not an immediate opening; we are identifying and engaging LPNs so we can match them to suitable roles when partner facilities have needs.

• Active LPN license in Kentucky or Indiana
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, home health, or hospital float pool
• IV certification a plus (not required)
• Geriatric experience valued
• Open to full‑time, part‑time, PRN, or direct‑hire positions

• Nurse‑led screening
