Salary

Per visit rates: SOC - $115, Evaluation $95, Follow-up $85.

Goodwin Home Health is currently seeking PRN/On-Call Registered Nurses to work daytime hours. We offer work‑life balance, outstanding pay, and benefits. The role involves developing and safely delivering high‑quality skilled home‑health nursing services to seniors. The RN will provide direct care in a home‑health setting across Northern Virginia, including Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun counties.

• Performs and completes OASIS documentation.
• Performs a detailed assessment resulting in the development of a patient‑specific Plan of Care. Client clinical record documentation is done per agency policy.
• Provides direct nursing care in a Home Health setting under the guidelines of a physician’s order.
• Communicates with other team members regarding the Plan of Care and works closely with them for optimal outcomes.
• Effectively communicates with referring physicians and provides accurate treatment notes and other necessary documentation in a timely manner, per policy.
• Prepares for patient discharge planning as soon as possible along with informing and preparing the patient, team members and physician.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed by the state board of nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• At least one‑year acute care experience, Home Health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Possess a driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and readily available, reliable transportation.

• Daily pay:
  Work and get paid the same day.
• Tutoring for ESL, Citizenship Test & GED.
• Referral Program:
  Earn up to $3,000 for referring friends and family.
