Inova Mount Vernon is looking for a full-time PACU Nurse Supervisor. This role also oversees perianesthesia care for electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) and gastroenterology procedure patients.

Schedule
- Weekdays (four 10-hour shifts) to cover unit hours 6.30a-5.30p ; minimal on-call responsibilities

PACU Unit Supervisor

Qualifications:

• One year of nursing experience is required
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing, BSN, or ADN within one year of BSN completion
• RN License to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certification is required from AHA
• Specialty certification (as required by unit) within one year from date of hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PACU Unit Supervisor
preferred qualifications:

• RN with at least 2 years of PACU-to include Pre Op, phase 1 and 2 recovery
• Prior leadership experience to include charge, supervisory or management
