- Assess patient needs and document medical history using electronic health records.
- Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
- Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and identify abnormalities.
- Conduct medication reviews to evaluate side effects and drug interactions.
- Evaluate complex patient conditions and monitor pain levels, documenting responses.
- Work schedule created in 6-week blocks, with shifts between 7-10 hours during clinic hours.
- Onsite work required; hybrid or remote options not specified.
- Active and unrestricted LVN or LPN license in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, point-of-care testing, and EMR systems (Epic preferred).
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
