About This Role

The MCM Clinical Operations Manager RN is responsible for implementing best practice models and patient care delivery systems while collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care. This leadership role is ideal for those with a strong background in clinical operations and team management.

• Pay: $146,000 - $168,300/year
• Location: Alexandria, VA
• Facility: Alexandria MOB
• Schedule: Full Time

• Implement best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
• Investigate and resolve patient/family/member concerns regarding care and services.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient care.
• Monitor resource needs in assigned clinical areas for appropriate utilization.
• Ensure compliance with the Nursing Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Provide developmental opportunities and performance feedback to team members.
• Manage designated work unit by translating business plans into tactical action items.
• Drive implementation of action items and support compliance with timelines.
• Develop strategic partnerships with physicians and manage complex work streams.
• Oversee improvements to patient-centered operations and technology processes.

• Associate's Degree (ADN) required

• Leadership experience in clinical operations

• Current RN License in Virginia
