Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking a Full Time (3x12 hour shifts/week) day shift RN for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking a Full Time (3x12 hour shifts/week) day shift RN for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Inova Alexandria Hospital (IAH) offers a newly renovated, 16-bed, Level III NICU. Newborns who are premature or have special needs are well care for around the clock in out centered NICU by specially trained, board-certified neonatologists as well as specialized nurses, respiratory therapists, physical therapists and nutritionists.

• A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience to include at least 1 year in NICU
• Education:
  
  BSN from an accredited school of nursing. Applicants with an Associate’s Degree (ADN) must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required.
• RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.
• Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills.

• 2 plus years of NICU experience
