We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and dependable RN who is passionate about providing quality care and supporting a strong nursing team.
Schedule- Full-Time
- Night Shift
- Monday–Friday
- 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
As the RN Nursing Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and support throughout your shift.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff.
- Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and regulations.
- Supervise and mentor nurses and nursing assistants.
- Respond to clinical concerns and resident needs.
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Assist with admissions, incident follow-up, and other clinical matters as needed.
- Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
- Current RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
- Previous nursing management, supervisory, or charge nurse experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
