Lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience;
Manage departments (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management); set goals, delegate tasks, and report results;

Ensure Kitchen delivers high-quality food quickly and safely, with cost control and trained staff;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, while recognizing and motivating staff
