Provide exceptional customer service to military families. Manage merchandise, operate cash register, maintain inventory, and support store operations.

• Welcome customers, maintain product knowledge, and assist with merchandise selection.
• Operate cash register: receive cash, checks, credit, debit, and gift cards; give accurate change.
• Perform periodic stock counts, replenish merchandise, and keep displays neat.
• Apply loss‑prevention policies and monitor shrink.
• Follow safety standards, emergency procedures, and store policies.
• Work weekends and other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with ability to read product literature.
• Ability to count, subtract, multiply, divide for stocking and inventory.
• Routinely lift 10–25 lbs; stand for long periods.
• Previous retail or cashier experience (preferred).
