• Manage the buying process for sporting goods and fan merchandise, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize product selection and inventory levels.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a buying role within the retail sector, preferably in sports or fashion.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with vendors.

• Experience with e-commerce and online retail strategies.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail analytics tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
