Spencer's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive guest service excellence and maximize store profitability. The role includes staff development, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in compliance with company policies.
Hours up to 38 per week with a starting hourly rate in the mid-teens. Qualified applicants will have prior retail/management experience and must be at least 18 years old.
