Shift Leader/Manager Assistant – AM/PM

This is an on hands and working position. As a Shift Leader/Manager Assistant it is your responsibility to ensure employees perform a variety of tasks, from preparing food, answering questions, serving, running staff, and making sure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures. You must always maintain good customer service.

• Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, health and safety legislation/guidelines
• Train and developing new employees
• Resolves customer issues to their overall satisfaction
• Work closely with Store Manager to lead staff
• Oversee and conduct inventory
• Take disciplinary actions when necessary
• Maintain store to standards including stocking and cleaning
• Complete or delegating tasks assigned by the General Manager accurately and efficiently
• Open/close store and audit cash

High school degree or equivalent (Preferred)

• Management: 1 year
• 2 Years (Preferred)
• Driver's (Preferred)
• Serve Safe Certification: (Preferred)

Monday
- Saturday

Typical Store hours: 11AM - 8PM (Mon-Thu) 11AM - 8:30 (Fri-Sat)
