Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy
- Educate clients on how to leverage mobile banking and digital tools
- Identify needs by actively listening and uncover personal or business goals
- Greet customers and ensure a welcoming environment
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
