We Are Seeking a Contracts Billing Analyst To Join Our Team On a Remote Basis With Possible Visits To The Corporate Office In Northern Virginia On a Needed Basis. The Ideal Candidate Will
- Create new projects in the Deltek accounting system.
- Review contract revenue on monthly basis for billing accuracy.
- Assist in preparing invoice cost and fee documentation for incurred cost submission reports.
- Perform contract close-outs with Contract Representatives, DCAA and DCMA.
- Prepare customer billing and billable AP Vouchers for program/project invoices.
- Update Government modifications in Deltek.
- Upload master tables and update contract charge trees in Deltek Time & Expense.
- Perform duties using WAWF (Wide Area Workflow) and PIEE Portal (Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment).
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 3-5 years experience with Government Contracts.
- Experience with: WAWF and PIEE Portal.
- Experience with Deltek Accounting System and Deltek Time & Expense (GCS highly desireable).
- Experience with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF).
- Experience with MS Office, most specifically Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be a US Citizen.
