Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000+ per year (Uncapped Commission)

Monday to Friday, Some Weekend Appointments

• You have sales experience in construction, home improvement, or residential services
• You're a self-motivated closer who owns their pipeline and results
• You're great with homeowners, guiding them through big decisions with clarity and trust
• You enjoy being in the field, not stuck behind a desk all day
• You're comfortable in crawlspaces, basements, and tight or dirty spaces
• You want a career with no cap on income and real upward mobility

• Inspect & Diagnose issues in crawlspaces, foundations, and basements
• Educate & Propose effective solutions like waterproofing, encapsulation, sump pumps, drainage, or helical piers/push piers.
• Sell With Integrity. No pressure, just clear recommendations and trust-building
• Document everything. Notes, photos, scope for clean project handoff
• Own the process from initial contact to signed contract

• Track record in residential or home service sales
• Confident, consultative communication style
• Physically capable of entering crawlspaces and evaluating job sites
• Organized and tech-friendly (CRM use is part of the job)
• Bonus:
  Prior experience in foundation repair or waterproofing (we'll train the right person)
