Regional Commercial Sales Manager – Northern Territory
We are partnering with a design-driven U.S. importer and distributor of engineered hardwood and resilient flooring to identify a Regional Commercial Sales Manager to support continued growth across the East Coast, with a preferred base in the Baltimore Washington corridor.
Position Overview:This is a field-focused role supporting distribution partners, specification activity, and commercial project development throughout the region. This individual will serve as the regional subject matter expert for a portfolio of engineered wood and resilient flooring solutions used across retail, hospitality, and corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Support a large network of distributor representatives across the Northeast and Southeast
- Promote specification of commercial wood and resilient flooring solutions
- Conduct product education presentations (lunch and learns)
- Drive product specification within the A&D community
- Build relationships with architects, designers, end users, and ownership groups
- Partner closely with internal leadership to grow regional market share
- Serve as the technical and design-focused expert in the field
- Multi-state travel required
We are seeking a driven yet humble professional who thrives in a collaborative commercial environment. Typical experience may include:
- Commercial flooring sales and specification background
- Strong knowledge of engineered wood, vinyl, or resilient flooring
- Experience with in retail, hospitality, or corporate segments
- Comfort working closely with distribution and rep networks
- Strong organization, follow-through, and relationship skills
- Ability to influence others without ego and build long-term trust
- A detail-oriented, driven professional who delivers exceptional customer support.
