Job DescriptionThe Lead, Sales Enablement role serves as a strategic partner between the Linkage Sales team and the Performance Marketing team, turning marketing insights into actionable sales enablement programs and assets.
Work EnvironmentHybrid Schedule (3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote):
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with Tuesday through Thursday in office and Monday and Friday in remote.
- Serve as the connective bridge between Performance Marketing and Linkage Sales teams, co‑owning revenue outcomes and ensuring that insights, content, and messaging are aligned to support the sales cycle.
- Collaborate directly with Linkage Sales leadership to identify barriers to conversion and co‑develop solutions that improve conversion rates, deal velocity, and overall sales performance.
- Partner with Demand Generation to ensure all campaigns and materials are informed by real‑time sales feedback and market intelligence.
- Design and lead strategic enablement initiatives such as campaign playbooks, training, and readiness programs that align Sales priorities with marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the creation, adoption, and optimization of enablement assets, ensuring they are accessible, current, and tailored to real‑world selling scenarios.
- Contribute to go‑to‑market strategy discussions, bringing frontline feedback from Sales and customers to inform messaging, targeting, and offer design.
- Use AI and automation tools to deliver timely, data‑informed recommendations to Sales teams—helping them act on buyer intent, engagement signals, and other predictive indicators.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant equivalent experience. Six or more years of marketing or sales enablement experience.
- Expertise in orchestrating cross‑functional feedback loops between marketing, analytics, and sales to drive continuous improvement and optimization of enablement programs.
- Skilled in translating data and insights into actionable strategies that improve both marketing performance and sales execution; adept at change management.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to lead working sessions, capture insights, and translate them into strategic actions. Clear verbal and written communication.
