Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Salary + Commission

As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative
, you’ll help grow our business by generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and supporting our sales efforts.
- Learning to identify and reach out to potential clients and Centers of Influence (COIs) such as property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial businesses
- Making calls, sending emails, and scheduling appointments with potential clients
- Supporting the sales team in follow‑ups and client relationship management
- Representing SERVPRO at local networking events and community outreach opportunities
- Keeping accurate records of your activities in the CRM
- Assisting with marketing efforts that support business growth
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus, not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation to learn and grow in a sales career
- Positive, professional attitude
- Comfort with talking to new people and building relationships
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
- Full‑time:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. - Local travel for client visits and events may be required
- Light physical activity (handling materials, attending events)
