One Digital is seeking an Account Manager in Alexandria, VA to manage daily client relationships and be the primary point of contact for benefit-related service needs. You will collaborate with internal service teams, Benefits Consultants and Senior Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction.
You will lead enrollment communications, renewal updates, and client outreach while supporting billing, analytics, and carrier implementations as needed. A Life/Health license within 90 days is preferred.
