Job Description
Our Landscape Sales Rep & Designer focuses on hitting hardscape and landscaping sales targets, building strategic relationships, improving the sales process, and driving new customers and clients to our business. We are looking for positive individuals who have a passion for working with residential clients to join our company, selling hardscaping and landscaping projects.
Rosemont Landscaping and Lawncare designs, builds, and maintains residential and commercial landscapes in Alexandria, VA. We partner with homeowners to create functional and enjoyable outdoor spaces. We are a family-owned business located in Alexandria, VA for 15 years.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with high-end residential homeowners in strategic geographic areas.
- Meet with clients when convenient for them.
- Estimate, present and respond to contract proposals.
- Create contracts that are clear for customers and project managers to easily follow/understand
- Work with our accounting department to convert sold contracts into time-keeping jobs.
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed sales goals, annually.
- Offering exceptional, responsive customer service.
REQUIRED:
- Landscape sales and design experience required, building relationships, and expanding a client base in the residential landscape market.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge in landscape construction.
- Track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- A dynamic personality that is results driven and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
- Self-starter personality with proven time management and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the landscape industry and local market (preferred).
- Experienced use in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn industry programs quickly.
- Clean and professional appearance.
