We are seeking an ambitious, profit-minded Sales Manager to lead and scale our field sales force across the Alexandria market. In this role, you will recruit, train, and coach an initial team of 5 sales representatives, scaling up to 15+ reps as market share expands. Your core purpose is to drive revenue while protecting gross margins, ensuring your team hits volume targets through profitable, disciplined execution.

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
• Year 1 OTE: $115,000 - $130,000
• Year 2 OTE Potential: $145,000 - $170,000+ (as team size and market revenue expand)
• Straightforward Monthly Bonus: Simple monthly percentage override on total team sales revenue. Unlocked and tiered based on maintaining team Gross Margins (targeting 55%-60%, with a strict 50% offseason minimum).

• Recruit, onboard, field-train, and mentor a growing sales team, scaling from 5 to 15+ reps in Alexandria.
• Conduct regular field ride-alongs to improve closing rates, job sizes, and ethical customer interactions.
• Monitor daily sales metrics, pipeline health, and key financial drivers in the CRM.
• Enforce pricing discipline so team sales meet target margins (55%-60% target, 50% offseason floor).
• Set volume goals, hold reps accountable to activity quotas, and report progress to executive leadership.

• Experience: 4+ years of direct sales management experience in residential home services or trades (Roofing, Remodeling, Plumbing, Electrical, Chimney, etc.).
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of top-line revenue, pricing discipline, and gross margin integrity.
• Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record.
• Territory Knowledge: Familiarity with the Alexandria / Northern Virginia residential market.
