Location: DMV Area (VA / DC / MD)

Office Base: 4307 Wheeler Ave, Alexandria, VA 22304

Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000+ per year (Uncapped Commission)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekend appointments as needed)

In this role, you will spend your days in the field meeting directly with homeowners to solve critical property issues. You will thrive here if you enjoy:

• Consultative Field Sales: Inspecting crawlspaces, basements, and foundations to diagnose issues like water intrusion, structural settling, or mold risks.
• Delivering Tailored Solutions: Educating homeowners on high-value fixes like waterproofing, encapsulation, sump pumps, drainage systems, or piering systems.
• Closing With Integrity: Recommending genuine solutions to homeowners who need your expertise, without using high-pressure tactics.
• Managing Your Pipeline: Documenting inspection notes, photos, and job scopes within our CRM to ensure seamless project handoffs.

• Experience in residential, construction, or home improvement sales.
• Comfortable inspecting crawlspaces, basements, and job sites in diverse field conditions.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on trust-building and clarity.
• Self-motivated mindset with a track record of taking ownership of your sales pipeline.
• Background in foundation repair or waterproofing is a plus (though comprehensive technical training is provided).
