Security Officer - Flex Armed Mobile Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and authorized visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location.;
Conduct armed patrols of platforms, stations, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and assist with queue management and directional guidance during peak travel periods.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and public agencies as needed.;
Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and observed conditions, and communicate updates through radio and/or other approved systems in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
