Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site contacts and public agency partners as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or operational concerns.;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, verifying credentials and directing foot and vehicle traffic in accordance with post orders and site policies.;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation per Allied Universal requirements and site procedures, using required communication methods and equipment.
