As a Security Officer Front Desk Ambassador in Alexandria, VA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts. Join Allied Universal at a welcoming hotel and resort location where you will serve at the front desk, greet guests and staff, monitor access activity, and respond to security‑related concerns with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a hotel location.
• Monitor front desk activity, manage access in accordance with site policies, and document visitor, vendor, and/or incident information as required.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating security‑related matters when appropriate.
• Support a welcoming front desk presence by assisting with directions, answering questions, and reporting unusual activity, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
