Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions;
