Garda World Security Services - Concierge Security Officer
Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer.
Your ability to build meaningful connections and provide customer service is essential in this role. You will engage with guests, staff, and visitors across a variety of shifts in office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and similar environments.

Location:
Alexandria, LA - Set schedule: 1st/2nd or 2nd/3rd shift (40 hours per week)

- Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred
- State license if required
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
