Security Officer - Part Time Patrol Ambassador

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, lighting, and/or security-related issues.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to deter unauthorized access, verify credentials when required, and report unusual activity according to site procedures.;
Support day-to-day property operations by providing directions, assisting with visitor inquiries, and reporting incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations in a timely manner.
