Security Officer - Part Time Patrol Focus

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with property management and/or first responders as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance, access control, and other security-related concerns.;
Monitor entry points, common areas, and loading or service zones to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor management practices, and report unusual activity.;
Assist with closing or opening procedures, escort duties, and routine property checks as directed, while maintaining visible presence and providing professional communication throughout the location.
